दोस्तों मोटरसाइकिल का हैंडल के के बाई तरफ एक क्लच का लीवर होता है जिस को हम जब दबाते हैं तो इंजन के अंदर क्लच प्लेट रिलीज हो जाता है यानी फ्री हो जाता है जिसका मतलब होता है इंजन और पहिए के बीच में जो कनेक्टिविटी रहती है वह डिसकनेक्ट हो जाती है।
अब हम बात करते हैं इसकी एडजस्टमेंट कैसे करेंगे जिसकी वजह से हमारे मोटरसाइकिल की क्लच बार-बार ना खराब हो और काफी दिनों तक लास्टिंग करे!

दोस्तों , Clutch liver को दबाते समय liver में 1/4th" play (चाल) रहनी चाहिए यह( must) ज़रूरी है अगर हमने चाल नहीं रक्खा तो clutch plate की लाइफ 50% घट कर हो जाएगी , लेकिन देखने की बात यह है की सिर्फ हमें कलच लिवर ही में play नहीं रखनी है बल्कि engine के अंदर से जो एक छोटा सा लिवर, और, निकला होता है उसके अंदर भी play रखनी होती है उसी लिवर से ही और clutch लिवर handle वाला लिवर से एक wire के throw connecting रहती है जिसे हम clutch wire भी बोलते हैं ,
जो निचे की यानि engine वाली clutch liver में कम से कम 1/8th" play होना ज़रूरी है , अगर आपने निचे वाले liver में play ज़्यादा कर दिया तो भी नुकसान है , वो होगा क्या की आपके बाइक की गियर proper नहीं लगेगी, कर, कर , की आवाज़ आने लगेगी इसलिए निचे वाली लिवर में play ना ही ज़्यादा रखनी है न ही कम रखनी हैं ,

दोस्तों इसका तरीका यह है की गाहे बगाहे यानी time to time check करते रहना चाहिए clutch wire को ऊपर की तरफ और निचे की तरफ यानी निचे वाली लिवर में क्लच wire की घुंडी fitting रहती है उस घुंडी के ऊपर लग भाग एक इंच के बाद क्लच की cable यानी outer के साथ engine से अलग chassis के साथ एक bracket में tight की हुई रहती है उसी cable में wire बार बार रगड़ की वजह से कटनी शुरू हो जाती है और इसी तरह ऊपर वाले liver के पास भी cable और लिवर में बार बार रगड़ की वजह से वायर धीरे धीरे एक एक तार टूटते टूटते एक दिन पूरी तरह टूट जाती है , और जब हम ख़याल रक्खेंगे तो पूरी तरह टूटने से पहले हमें पता लग जाए गा और समय रहते नया बदलवा लेंगे ! एक बात परफेक्ट है के इन्ही दो जगहों से क्लच wire हमेशा टूटती है इन दो जगहों के अलावा तीसरी जगह से कभी नहीं टूटेगी wire !

दोस्तों जब क्लच प्लेट खराब हो जाती है तो प्रॉब्लम क्या क्या आती है? सबसे पहली बात के बाइक का एक्सीलेटर काफी रेस होने लग जाता है मगर गाड़ी पिकअप नहीं उठाती है। दूसरी बात स्टार्टिंग प्रॉब्लम भी होने लग जाती है क्योंकि जब आप Kick मारेंगे तो Kick शिल्प कर जाएगी मगर बाइक स्टार्ट नहीं होगी ऐसा तो जब होगा जब पूरी तरह क्लच प्लेट खराब हो जाए। मगर अभी क्लच प्लेट कम खराब हुई है तो स्टार्ट तो हो जाएगी मगर पिकअप में कमी आ जाएगी और ज्यादा स्पीड, आप करना चाहेंगे तो ज्यादा तेज नहीं चलेगी बाइक।

तो इसका कारण यह हो सकता है कि प्रेशर प्लेट कि springs खराब हो गई है या प्रेशर प्लेट कट गई है! हमें कैसे पता लगाना चाहिए के क्लच प्लेट की प्लेटें ठीक है या खराब हो गई है। दोस्तों। क्लच प्लेट कि हर प्लेट के ऊपर cork sheet के जैसी शीटें चिपकाई गई होती है उसको देखना होता है कि वह जल गई है या हार्ड हो गई है अगर जल गई है या हार्ड हो गई है तो भी काम नहीं करेगी उस पोरशन में हमें उसे नया बदलना ही पड़ेगा और अगर इन दोनों पोरशनों में से कुछ भी नहीं हुआ है यानी हार्ड भी नहीं है और जली भी नहीं है बिल्कुल फ्रेश है तो हम समझेंगे की प्लेटे ठीक है और प्रेशर प्लेट की खराबी है। अब क्या करेंगे कि हम प्रेशर प्लेट को चेक करेंगे।
1,1, स्प्रिंग के हाइट को चेक करेंगे अगर हाइट बैठ गई है तो नया लगा देंगे प्रेशर प्लेट अगर कहीं, कहींं से कट गई है तो भी नया लगा देंगे, उसके बाद प्रेशर प्लेलेट की सेटिंग अच्छी तरह से करेंगे । और यह सुनिश्चिचित करेंगे कि pressure plate, clutch plate को अच्छी तरह दबाव बना रहा है या नहीं। मतलब यह है कि क्लच प्लेट को प्रेशर प्लेट ने पूरी तरह प्रेस कर रखा है या नहीं, pressure plate clutch plate जितना ही ज्यादा दबाव बनाएगी उतना ही आपकी गाड़ी तेज भागे गी, और पेट्रोरोल की माइलेज भी अच्छी देगी starting problem भी ठीक हो जाएगी।
