Carelessness in not changing the filter and neglecting cleaning can cause your motorcycle engine to deteriorate quickly. Carbon sits on top of its valve and also corrode the valve. The head's valve seat deteriorates causing the valve system to stop working properly, which results in your motorcycle's engine missing the pickup and consuming more petrol.How to clean the air filter?
Friends, the air filter is made up of a sponge with the mouth affixed to the carburetor and the entire air filter affixed to the mouth of the carburetor. The carburetor is not a direct ear but the air through the filter with the same sponge. Takes. A square wire mesh is made a little longer, a sponge filter is mounted on the same wire mesh, then the filter is packed with a 2 piece plastic box and inside the plastic box two holes are small - Small holes are left which both our holes act like our nostrils i.e. the carburetor gets breath from both those holes and there are small pieces of 2 inches above both those holes. The filters, which filter the soil, allow fresh air to enter the carburetor and when the soil settles above those holes, there is a difference in the pickup and sound of the bike, that's why we need air whenever Mobil Oil changes. Must also clean the filter or change it. Only then our bike can always be in condition. 1st number.
1000 किलोमीटर से लेकर 1200 किलोमीटर या ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 1500 किलोमीटर में आप अपनी बाइक का आयल ज़रूर बदल लें।

एयर फिल्टर जो कार्बोरेटर से पहले लगा होता है उस एयर फिल्टर को एक बार या दो बार आयल बदलने के बाद खोल करके क्लीन कर लिया जाए या नया बदल दिया जाए तो बहुत ही अच्छा।
अब आप सोचेंगे के फिल्टर का क्या काम है?
दोस्तों मैं बता दूं के फिल्टर का बहुत इंपोर्टेंट काम है यह फिल्टर ही तो होती है जो बाइक के इंजन को सुरक्षित रखती है।
फिल्टर को ना बदलने और सफाई पर ध्यान न देने लापरवाही करने से आपका मोटरसाइकिल के इंजन जल्दी खराब हो सकती है।
अब आपके मन में ख्याल आ रहा होगा कि क्या खराब हो सकते हैं?
फिल्टर से इंजिन का क्या मतलब?
दोस्तों मतलब है और बहुत गहरा मतलब है 1 मिनट के लिए आप सोचो। आप नाक से सांस लेते हैं अगर नाक के अंदर बाल ना हो और अगर वह हवा आपके नाक के थ्रू फेफड़े पर जाकर के जम जाए तो क्या होगा आपकी पूरी बॉडी को और दिमाग को नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है इसी तरह दोस्तों इनजिन में एक फिल्टर के थ्रू धूल मिट्टी और बारीक बारीक धूल मिट्टी फिल्टर से पास होते हुए कार्बोरेटर के थ्रू आप के इंजन में रिंग और पिस्टन के ऊपर बोर के अंदर पहुंच जाता है और उसे नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है बल्कि हंड्रेड परसेंट नुकसान पहुंचाता ही है।
इसी तरह आपके नाक को बंद कर दिया जाए तो आप प्रॉपर तरीके से सांस नहीं ले सकते हैं और घुंटन महसूस होगा बल्कि ज़्यादा देर तक नाक बंद कर दिया जाए तो इंसान की जान भी जा सकती है। ठीक इसी तरह इंजन के एयर फिल्टर का हाल भी है अगर वह धूल मिट्टी ग़र्द व गुबार भर जाने की वजह से बिल्कुल चौक हो गया हो बंद हो गया हो तो कार्बोरेटर को प्रॉपर पेट्रोल और एयर का मिश्रण नहीं मिलेगा जिसकी वजह से बाइक का स्टार्ट होना पिकअप लेना हर तरह की प्रॉब्लम दे सकती है।
पहला नंबर
पिस्टन रिंग और बोर को कट कर देता है यानी काट देता है जो एयर फिल्टर में मिट्टी जमी होती है पिस्टन में पहुंच जाता है।
क्योंकि वह एमरी पेपर की तरह बन जाता है और रिंग के साथ मिलकर के वह बिल्कुल एमरी पेपर की तरह काम करता है और आप के इंजन के बोर को काटता रहता है।
दूसरा नंबर
जो हेड है इंजन का । उसके वाल्व के ऊपर कार्बन बनकरके बैठ जाता है और वाल्व को भी खराब करता है।
हेड के वाल्व सीट को खराब करता है जिससे वाल्व सिस्टम अच्छे ढंग से काम करना बंद कर देता है जिसका नतीजा होता है कि आपके मोटरसाइकिल का इंजन मिसिंग करने लग जाती है पिकअप नहीं लेती है और पेट्रोल भी ज़्यादा कंज़्यूम करने लग जाती है।
एयर फिल्टर की सफाई कैसे करें?
दोस्तों एयर फिल्टर जो होता है वह स्पंज से बना होता है जिसका मुंह कार्बोरेटर के ऊपर चिपका हुआ होता है और पूरा एयर फिल्टर कार्बोरेटर के मुंह पर चिपका होता है कार्बोरेटर जो होता है वह डायरेक्ट ईयर नहीं लेता है बल्कि उसी स्पंज वाले फिल्टर के थ्रू एयर लेता है।
एक चौकोर तार की जाली बनी हुई होती है थोड़ी सी लंबी होती है उसी तार वाली जाली के ऊपर स्पंज वाली फिल्टर चढ़ाई जाती है फिर उस फिल्टर को एक 2 पीस वाले प्लास्टिक बॉक्स से पैक कर दिया जाता है और प्लास्टिक बॉक्स के अंदर दो होल छोटे-छोटे छोड़े जाते हैं जो दोनों होल हमारे नाक की तरह काम करते हैं यानी उन्हीं दोनों होल से कार्बोरेटर को सांस मिलता है और उन दोनों होल के ऊपर 2 इंच के छोटे-छोटे पीस होते हैं जो कि गर्द,मिट्टी को फिल्टर करके फ्रेश हवा को कार्बोरेटर में जाने देते हैं और जब उन होल के ऊपर मिट्टी जम जाती है तो बाइक की पिकअप और साउंड में फर्क हो जाता है इसीलिए हमें चाहिए कि जब भी मोबिल ऑयल चेंज करें तो एयर फिल्टर को भी जरूर सफाई करें या न्यू चेंज कर दें। तभी हमारी बाइक हमेशा कंडीशन में रह सकती है।
