How to joint a new motor cable?

Make sure to use the tape with the tape as you can see in the video and then mix the cable wire and a safety wire together with the pipe roll and put electric insulation tape in place to remove only the stars or fix it. यह यूनियन अलग-अलग किस्म कि हो सकती है
जैसे PPR fitting की Union अलग हो सकती है GI fitting की Union अलग हो सकती है C PVC fitting की Union अलग हो सकती है तो यह कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं है मेन बात है Union हमें डिस्कनेक्ट करना है डिस्कनेक्ट करते ही आपकी मोटर फ्री हो जाएगी बाहर निकलने के लिए अब कोई रुकावट नहीं है।
अब हमने करना क्या है सीधा जो 1 1/4" by 3/4" की Elbow समर्सिबल मोटर के रोल के टॉप पर लगी हुई है और उस एल्बो से नीचे सवा इंच का क्लैंप सेट tight किया हुआ होगा जो 4" की पाइप के ऊपर रोकती है उस Clamp के साथ Elbow के साथ हम पकड़ेंगे और उससे ऊपर खींचते हुए चले जाएंगे और बिल्कुल लगातार pull करेंगे यहां तक के मोटर बाहर निकल जाए जब मोटर बाहर निकल जाएगी तो फिर बड़ी आराम से हम मोटर से रोल पाइप को डिस्कनेक्ट करेंगे और रोल जब हम खोलेंगे तो इसे रोड पर या किसी खुली जगह की तरफ ले करके जाएंगे ताकि बैंड होकर के टूट न जाए रोल। गाड़ियों का आने जाने का अगर रास्ता है तो उससे भी सेफ रखेंगे ताकि रास्ते के ऊपर रोल पड़ने से कोई गाड़ी चढ़कर के रोल आपका फट न जाए।
अब मोटर बाहर निकालने के बाद मोटर को घुमा करके बाईं तरफ यानी लेफ्ट साइड। रोल से अलग कर लेंगे और मोटर की जो 3 तारों वाली केबल है लगभग मोटर से 1 मीटर ऊपर एक जॉइंट लगी होगी ऊपर वाली केबल से के साथ में उस जॉइंट को भी खोल लेंगे या player (plass) की मदद से काट लेंगे और फिर मोटर को नया कस देंगे।

सबसे पहले मोटर वाली केबल और जो बाहर पैनलबोर्ड तक जा रही है केवल दोनों में 3 , 3 , तारें होती हैं रेड कलर येलो कलर ब्लैक कलर या ब्लू कलर भी हो सकती है इनमें से दोनों केबलों में से कोई सा भी एक एक वायर पहले ले लेंगे मिसाल के तौर पर अगर मोटर वाली केबल में से रेड कलर की वायर को लिया तो ऊपर वाली केबल में से भी रेड कलर की वायर को लेंगे और दोनों को आपस में जॉइंट बहुत अच्छी तरह से करेंगे और जॉइंट करने के बाद में टाइट जॉइंट करेंगे।
जॉइंट करने के बाद में उसके ऊपर एक कच्ची Tape (rubber compound ) आती है जो रबड़ की टाइप होती है उस Tape को काट कर के उस नंगी ओपन कॉपर की तार के ऊपर covered कर देंगे जिससे वह sealed हो जाएगा और जितनी वायर आपने नंगी कर रखी है वह पूरी covered करेंगे और उसके आसपास भी केवल की ब्लैक कलर की जो cover है वहां तक उसे covered करेंगे इसी तरह तीनों तारों को येलो से येलो ब्लैक से ब्लैक तीनों तारों को आपस में अच्छी तरह जॉइंट करके और कच्ची टेप से कबर्ड कर देंगे उसके बाद फिर इलेक्ट्रिक insulation tape से पक्की करेंगे फिर तीनों तारों को आपस में रखकर के insulation tape से पूरी केबल को यानी जहां तक ब्लैक कलर की दोनों तरफ का जिल्द है यानी cover है उसको covered करेंगे बल्कि वहां से दोनों तरफ 1 इंच ज्यादा मिसाल के तौर पर अगर 3 इंच वायर नंगी थी तो 5 इंच वायर केबल वायर को हम taping करेंगे ताकि कहीं से एक बूंद भी पानी टच होने का कोई खतरा न रहे और फिर उसको पक्की टेप से यानी इलेक्ट्रिक टेप से उसको पक्की कर देंगे जैसा कि आप जॉइंट देख सकते हैं वीडियो में और फिर केबल की वायर और एक safety wire के साथ मिलाकर पाइप रोल के साथ जगह-जगह इलेक्ट्रिक इंसुलेशन टेप लगा देंगे ताकि केवल वाली तारे निकालने में या फिर फिक्स करने में कहीं उलझे नहीं । इसी तरह taping करते हुए हम ऊपर तक आ जाएंगे और रोल को बोरिंग मे मोटर समेत डाल देंगे और बड़ी ध्यानपूर्वक से डालते जाएंगे कहीं अगर मोटर फंसने लगे तो जबरदस्ती नहीं करेंगे आराम से उसको थोड़ा ऊपर थोड़ा नीचे करके नीचे ले जाएंगे और फिर नीचे पूरी तरह चली जाने के बाद में जो ऊपर 1 1/4" काclamp set है उसको 4 इंच की बोरिंग वाली पाइप के ऊपर रख देंगे और फिर पहले केवल की तीनों वायरों को पैनल बोर्ड से कनेक्ट करेंगे और मोटर को इलेक्ट्रिसिटी दे करके ऑन कर देंगे मोटर चल पड़ेगी उस मोटर को काफी देर तक हम चलने देंगे ताकि नीचे से मिट्टी निकलेगी और उसे काफी देर तक चलाते रहने के बाद करीब चार-पांच घंटा चलाएंगे ताकि नीचे का मिट्टी साफ हो जाए और मिट्टी साफ होने के बाद में हम यूनियन की ज्वाइनट करेंगे जिसकी वजह से आपके वाटर टैंक में पानी ऊपर समर्सिबल मोटर चढ़ाने लगेगी।
